Welcome to Between Us, a private app for couples. By using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Please read them — they're short.
Acceptance & Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use Between Us. By creating an account you agree to these terms. You sign in with Google, Apple, or email and are responsible for your account and the partner you choose to pair with.
Subscriptions & Payments
Between Us Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play settings — deleting the app doesn't cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Your Content
You own everything you create — notes, photos, drawings, and answers. You give us permission to store and sync that content only to run the app and share it with your paired partner. You're responsible for what you share and must have the right to share it.
Acceptable Use
Please don't use Between Us for anything illegal, abusive, or harmful, don't try to access anyone else's data, and don't tamper with or reverse-engineer the app. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
As-Is & Liability
Between Us is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for lost data or content. The app is for connection and fun — it is not professional, medical, or relationship-counseling advice.
Cancellation & Termination
You can leave anytime by deleting your account in Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or to protect the app and its users.
Apple App Store
If you downloaded the app from Apple, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or support, but Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries and may enforce these terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except where your local consumer-protection laws apply.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll update the date above and notify you in the app for important changes.
